We try to ship as quickly as possible after receiving your order and mainly manage to do so the same day or the day after receiving it. We run our own warehouse which means we are very hands on with our product so you can always ring us or email us if you have a question.

• How quickly will you ship my order?

All orders are shipped using  EVRI and you will be sent notification as soon as we ship.

Standard delivery is free

Special request can be made for Next Day delivery, this is charged at £8

• What about shipping to Europe and Internationally?

International Delivery charges are set by our courier and on occasions may change due to area charge rates. All orders are tracked and will require a signature on receipt.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid for by the recipient of the goods. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot inform you of the costs you may incur.

• I don't want my purchase, how long do I have to return my goods ?

 

Seed & Tea returns are problematic.
The seeds and tea are highly absorbent. If the package is opened it is classified as worn, and cannot be resold.
Therefore we cannot accept returns of opened items , unless there is a defect of, incorrect item, or shipping damage.
Thank you for respecting this policy. Every one of our customers want to know they are getting seeds & tea clean and unhandled.

 

• How do I make a return?

Please address all returns to:

• How long will it take you to refund me ?

Please allow 10 working days for your return to reach us. We cannot be held responsible for item(s) lost in transit so please do request a proof of receipt. We will inspect the returned item(s) and providing the order has been sent back as per the Crumpet Returns Policy, we will process your return request within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods and will send you email notification to confirm this.

Any refund issued will automatically be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase.
